Open-XTTS-Trainer adds new language scripts and trains all three XTTS v2 components

An open-source MPL-2.0 suite that covers the DVAE tokenizer, GPT text and vocabulary extension, and Latent HiFi-GAN vocoder for XTTS v2, with a one-click Colab demo. Benchmarks cover component-level training on a T4 GPU, not full end-to-end speech inference.
