Developer patches DeepSeek V4.1 engine for faster agent sessions on a consumer GPU
A patched Strata branch caches reused system prompt text and routes prompt reads through resident experts, cutting session startup from about 100 seconds to a few seconds on a 16 GB RX 9070 XT. Results are from one machine, HIP only, with no formal eval.
